Deck Summary

Description:

Credit where credit is due. This specific deck is made by ItsBradazHD.

How To Farm Yugi Muto LEVEL 40 - The Rock Hard Warriors - Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links

It uses The Unhappy Girl with the Holy Guard skill to lock Yugi Muto's monsters down.
This deck was designed for LV40, but it can be adjusted to work for LV30. Simply replace 2 Riryoku Field with 2 Abyssal Designator and the other with any card.

Strategy:

Summon The Unhappy Girl and attack each one of Yugi's monsters to lock them down. With the skill Holy Guard, we can do this without taking any damage in return.

  • Aside from Yugi's monsters, Order to Charge is one of our main threats. So until both have been used or countered, you should aim to summon three The Unhappy Girl.
  • Make sure to lock down ALL of Yugi's monster with each of your The Unhappy Girl, regardless of how many you have on the field.
  • Fusion Summon B. Skull Dragon only if it safe from Order to Charge and Yugi's monsters.
  • Feel free to set your Spell/Trap cards since he does not have any Spell/Trap card destruction. Be careful not to clog up your zones. Leave at least one zone available to play Secret Pass to the Treasures.

What you do on the last two turns depends on how many copies of The Unhappy Girl you have on the field during the second-to-last turn:

  • Three: On the second-to-last turn, Tribute Summon Red-Eyes B.Dragon, using two copies of The Unhappy Girl as tributes. Proceed to the next turn and follow the Final Turn Combo procedure.
  • Two: On the second-to-last turn, Tribute Summon Summoned Skull, using one The Unhappy Girl as the tribute. Proceed to the next turn and follow the Final Turn Combo procedure.
  • One: Proceed to the next turn and follow the Final Turn Combo procedure.

Card Choices

Crystal Seer: Provides draw power and guarantees that neither of our Fusion Materials will be at the bottom of the Deck. This way, we can get the bonus for Tribute Summoning on the second-to-last turn.

Rai-Mei: Searcher for The Unhappy Girl.

Fusion Package (Red-Eyes B.Dragon, Summoned Skull, B. Skull Dragon)This is our main source of ATK to buff Piranha Army. We need to bring Piranha Army's ATK to 5000 or above on the last turn.

Final Turn Combo:

1) Fusion Summon B. Skull Dragon, if you haven't already done so.

2) Normal Summon Piranha Army.

3) Activate Secret Pass to the Treasures, targeting Piranha Army for the effect.

4) Activate Riryoku, halving the ATK of B. Skull Dragon and adding that half to Piranha Army. Piranha Army should now have 2400 ATK.

5) Activate Gift of the Martyr, sending B. Skull Dragon to the Graveyard and adding its ATK to Piranha Army. Piranha Army should now have 5600 ATK.

6) Enter the Battle Phase and attack directly with Piranha Army to win the Duel.

Core Cards
Card Explanation

Delivers the final blow for us. Allows us to achieve the "Over 9,999 Damage" bonus.

Our main stall card. Required to lockdown Yugi's monsters.

Three copies are ideal.

Removes the Sphere Kuriboh from Yugi's hand and deck that could prevent our final attack.

Gift of the Martyr

One of the cards we need to boost Piranha Army's ATK.

Riryoku

One of the cards we need to boost Piranha Army's ATK.

Secret Pass to the Treasures

Required to permit our Piranha Army to attack directly.

Used to counter Order to Charge.

Three copies are ideal because we'll have a higher chance to draw into it, but two copies are decent.

Replacement/Tech Cards
Card Explanation

Alternative to the Fusion Package. You will not get the Fusion Summon bonus using this method.

Apply the following adjustments when using it:

-1 Red-Eyes B.Dragon

-1 Summoned Skull

-1 Fusion Gate

+1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon

+1 Kaibaman

+1 Any card (I recommend either Crystal Seer or a defensive card)

Fusion Material substitute, but only for one of them. The other Fusion Material must be the correct one.

Other options:

  • Beastking of the Swamps
  • Mystical Sheep #1
  • The Earth - Hex-Sealed Fusion
  • Versago the Destroyer

Alternative to Crystal Seer.

Other options:

  • Dark Mimic LV1
  • Dark Mimic LV3
  • Jar of Greed
  • Shard of Greed
Exchange

Alternative to Abyssal Designator. But your opponent must add one card of their choice from your hand to theirs.

Another option would be Amazoness Chain Master, but it must be destroyed by battle and you must pay 1500 LP to activate its effect.

If you do not own either of these: on the second-to-last turn, you can try attacking with your Fusion Monster to bait any that are in his hand. If you manage to bait it out, then you're safe. If not, Yugi may draw into it next turn.

Polymerization

Alternative to Fusion Gate. Either one is fine since Yugi does not have any cards that destroy or return Spell/Trap cards.

Master of Oz

Alternative to the Fusion package and the most optimal to use.
Apply the following adjustments when using it:

-1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon

-1 Summoned Skull

-1 Riryoku

-1 B. Skull Dragon

+1 Des Kangaroo

+1 Big Koala

+1 Any card (I recommend either Crystal Seer or a defensive card)

+1 Master of Oz

Destruction Jammer

Alternative to Riryoku Field. Requires you discard a card as its cost for activation.

Alternative to the Fusion Package. Unlike the other alternatives, the Fusion Materials are only Level 5, requiring only one Tribute. Keep this in mind when choosing how many copies of The Unhappy Girl to play.

Apply the following adjustments when using it:

-1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon

-1 Summoned Skull

-1 B.Skull Dragon

+2 Thunder Dragon

+1 Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon

Alternative to the Fusion Package. Instead of the Fusion Summon bonus, you will get the Ritual Summon bonus.

Apply the following adjustments when using it:

-1 Red-Eyes B.Dragon

-1 Summoned Skull

-1 Fusion Gate

-1 B.Skull Dragon

+1 Ritual Raven or a Level 8 or higher monster

+1 Zera the Mant

+1 Zera Ritual
