Decks Primarily Built From This Pack
Notable Cards to Pull
Card Explanation

A popular staple even outside of a Red-Eyes deck, Wyvern provides Peak Performance Decks with a 2000 ATK beater that can be difficult to take out right off the bat. It also allows those decks to aggressively use Stamping Destruction to stand up against Harpies.

  1. Aim for 2-3 copies.

Gozuki provides life for Zombie Decks with Foolish Burial-like searching and Special summon capabilities. It is currently seeing great use in a Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon combo deck with Red-Eyes support cards.

  1. Aim for 3 copies.
Knight of the Red Lotus

Knight of the Red Lotus has become an increasingly popular tech in Harpie and Venus decks to recycle key vanillas for back row destruction and targets for their signature support like Order to Charge and Order to Smash.

  1. Aim for 1-2 copies.
Endymion, the Master Magician

Endymion's effect to destroy any card at the cost of a spell has made him valuable in the ranks of Three-Star Demotion decks, as the decks are very spell heavy. There is also good combo potential with Magical Citadel of Endymion to rapidly and continuously recover spells to harass with never ending spells in the right deck.

  1. Aim for 2-3 copies.
Blazing Inpachi

The new king of 4 star beaters in terms of attack. Inpachi's 1850 ATK makes it able to get over Dunames and Gearfried in a straight fight, but its 0 DEF leaves it vulnerable and can't be saved with Mirror Wall. Use sparingly in your deck if you don't have other means to protect him.

Inpachi suffers vs Mythic Depths as it will lose 200 ATK/DEF for being a Pyro-type.

  1. Aim for 1-2 copies.
Great Angus

Great Angus provides budget and F2P players access to common rarity 1800 beaters that go well in decks focused around vanilla beatdown and basic normal monster synergy spells and traps like Heart of the Underdog. It can also see themed support in beast decks.

Angus also does not suffer the same drawback that Dunames Dark Witch has: Being a fairy type it loses 200 ATK/DEF vs Power of Dark (the most played skilled in the game by population)

  1. Aim for 3 copies - Easily obtainable.

Kabazuals bring new life to Dino decks in the form of a 2000 ATK beater with Dinosaur Kingdom. And because it is a common, it can substitute and out right replace non-dino staples monsters that synergize with Dino support and still provide Order to Charge targets.

  1. Aim for 3 copies - Easily obtainable.

Dark Paladin

With the increase in dragon support, Dark Paladin drops in with the ability to over power the strongest dragons with +500 ATK boost increments for each dragon on either field and graveyard. And with a blanket spell-negating quick-effect in a spell heavy meta, Dark Paladin is almost unstoppable even on his own.

  1. Aim for 2-3 copies.
Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman

Dragon Destroyer Swordsman makes a surprise appearance as an additional tool in Dark Magician/Buster Blader decks to further put down Dragon Decks. You can use cards like Enemy Controller to take an opponent's dragon and use it as a fusion material if you don't run dragons but have Dragon Destroyer in your extra deck.

  1. Aim for 1-2 copies.

Soul Res has seen action in various Harpie decks to recycle usage for Harpies' Hunting Ground and also decks like Kaibaman and Red-Eyes Last Gamble to secure early and/or safe Champion's Vigilance set-ups.

  1. Aim for 2-3 copies.
